She was born December 21, 1939 in Mechanicsburg to the late Melvin and Mary Koscevic Quigley. She was the widow of the late Theodore H. Clark, Jr. who passed on July, 17, 2004. They married April 23, 1960 and were married for 44 years.
Wilma was a 1957 graduate of the former Enola High School where she was head majorette. She had previously worked at Nationwide Insurance, McCoy Electronics and the Mechanicsburg Navy Depot in the Fleet Material Support Office (FMSO) and the Inventory Control Point (ICP) from which she retired after 27 years of service. She co-founded the Base Beautification Committee at the Navy Depot. After her retirement, Wilma worked at Sheetz, Monroe Elementary, Kohl's Department Store, Carlisle Events and Election Polling.
