William L. Weldon

William L. Weldon, age 83 of Carlisle, passed away October 31, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital. Born November 30, 1936 in Duncannon, son of the late Arthur L. and Harriet (Looper) Weldon.
William was an eye maker for Stanley Spring Works, was a US Air Force Veteran and loved Yuengling, micro brews, feeding the birds and bus trips and cruises.
William is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beulah Mae (Dum) Weldon, Carlisle; sons Nathan L. (Jody) Weldon, Carlisle and Jonathan W. Weldon, Carlisle; grandchildren Cody Weldon, Carlisle; Johnathan “JT” Weldon, Carlisle and Haley Weldon, Shippensburg; great-granddaughter Jayden Weldon, Carlisle and sister Harriet (Henry) Klinepeter, Enola. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 sisters.
At William’s request, there will be no viewing. A graveside service will be held at 2pm Saturday November 21, 2020 at Bloomfield Cemetery.
