William "Will" P. Keller

William P. Keller, of Carlisle, passed away at his home on Friday, June 7 at the age of 67. Born July 19, 1956, he was the son of the late H. Paul and Sara (Witman) Keller.

He was the loving husband of Susan J. (Ellerman) Keller.

Will was a store manager for the former Sheaffer Brothers Sporting Goods, of Carlisle, for several years prior to starting his own company in the mid-late 1990’s. Keller Team Sports sold sports uniforms and apparel printed or embroidered with sports team and corporate logos, players’ names, and numbers. Will partially retired several years ago. Will had extensive coaching experience on all levels.  He was a past president and board member of North Middleton Baseball. When younger he was involved with the boy scouts. He also worked for Carlisle Parks and Rec for several years running the men's and women's softball league.  He spent so much energy helping the community in various ways. 

Will was a member of the former Grace United Methodist Church in Carlisle. He was also an avid Phillies, Flyers, and Penn State sports fan. He also very much enjoyed visiting family, especially during family outings at the beach and other family functions.

Surviving with his wife Sue are a son, Shane Keller (companion Ashley Curlen) of Carlisle. Also surviving are an uncle and two aunts, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17 with the Rev. Dr. Dennis Keller and Pastor Jane Keller co-officiating at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, Ltd., 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. A viewing will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 16 at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
