Virginia L. Yearsley

Virginia L. Yearsley, 84 of Chapel Pointe at Carlisle, died Saturday May 25, 2013 in the nursing unit.

Born August 19, 1928 in Nyack, NY, the daughter of the late Rev. W. Guy and Delores Bray McGarvey.
Mrs. Yearsley was a lifelong member of the Christian Missionary Alliance.
Surviving are her husband of 64 years, Rev. Fred R. Yearsley, two sons, Paul David Yearsley, Fairmont, WV and Mark Irwin Yearsley, Cleveland, OH, a daughter, Jolene Widlicka, Salem, OH, two sisters, Mary Alice Gray, Saegertown, PA and Carolyn Latshaw, Carlisle, a brother, Richard McGarvey, Webster, NY, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 29, 2013 in the Henry Chapel at Chapel Pointe, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle with the Rev. Walter L. Frankenberry, Rev. George Hufnagel and Rev. William Hazlett officiating. Burial will be in Letort Cemetery. There will be a viewing from 12:30 pm Wednesday until the time of the service in the Chapel.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
