Virginia Dare Hock

Virginia Dare Hock, 86, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
She was born on September 28, 1928 in Georgia to the late Emory Lee and Ada Mae Potter Dalton and was the widow of Reuben W. Hock who passed in 2005.
Virginia was a Certified Nurse's Assistant at Claremont Nursing & Rehab Center. She loved to watch Atlanta Braves baseball games and especially loved to be with her great-granddaughter Myelyn.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa K. (and husband Gary) Hoyaux of Carlisle; two granddaughters, Janelle L. Baker and Jessica L. (and husband Justin) Bowersox, all of Carlisle; and one great-granddaughter, Myelyn Dare Bowersox.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Burial will be at Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle. There will be a viewing on Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
