Vicki J. Fox

Vicki J. Fox, age 42, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Thursday, March 09, 2017 at the Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born August 6, 1974 in Lancaster to Margaret (Peiffer) Patrick of Carlisle and the late George Hackenberger.
Vicki loved taking her kids camping and vacationing to Wildwood, NJ, Virginia waterparks, Knoebels Amusement Park and Erie.
In addition to her mother, Vicki is survived by: her husband, Edward Fox of Shippensburg; her children, Richard Karns, Jessica Karns, Hannah Fox, Aaden Fox and Brooklyn Fox; a grandson, Toby Karns; her foster children, Don Casey, Jr. and Leah Stamy; two brothers, George Hackenberger III of Carlisle and Scott (and wife Tracey) Peiffer of Mechanicsburg; an aunt, Shirley (and husband David) Correll; an uncle, Michael (and wife Jackie) Peiffer; and several loving nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, Vicki was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Brian Hackenberger.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg. There will be a viewing on Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
