Vicki E. Gray

Vicki E. Gray, age 70, of Carlisle, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 at her residence.
She was born November 16, 1946 in Reading to the late Roger William and Isabel Jean (Swope) Gerhard.
Vicki retired from Carlisle High School as a chemistry teacher. She had previously worked at Chambersburg and Northern high schools. She loved music and played the piano. She especially loved going to the beach at Hilton Head, SC.
She is survived by her husband, Sam Gray of Carlisle; niece, Alison (and husband Ryan) Moore of MD; nephews, Chris (and wife Kayla) Trendler of Lancaster and David (and wife Erin) Trendler of CO; grand-niece, Lilly Moore; and grand-nephews, Kellen Moore, Ben Trendler and Alex Trendler. In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her sister, Gail Trendler.
There will be a visitation from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
