Veronica C. Wojciechowski

Veronica C. Wojciechowski, 74, of Carlisle, died Monday, August 4, 2014 at M. S. Hershey Medical Center.
Born July 16, 1940 in Greensburg, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Claira Kuth Peruzzi.
She was a graduate of Greensburg High School and also the Mason Felix Beauty School in New Kensington. She worked as a beautician, owning her own salon in Springdale, PA. Veronica moved to Carlisle in 1972 where she worked part time as a beautician. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Carlisle, the AMVETS, Post #274, the Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Post #477, Carlisle and the American Legion Post #101, Carlisle. She worked through AMVETS assisting with the blind and volunteered at St. Patrick School, Carlisle.
Surviving are her husband of forty-nine years, Vernon C. Wojciechowski of Carlisle; one son, Vernon C. Wojciechowski, II of Carlisle; one brother, Paul Peruzzi of Carmichael; one sister, Louann Kaster of Birmingham, AL and one daughter-in-law, Cathy Wojciechowski, of Harrisburg. She was preceded in death by one son, Vincent Wojciechowski.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 8, 2014 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle with Rev. William C. Forrey as celebrant. Burial will be private in St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery.
