Tonda Sue Fuller, 50, of Carlisle, died on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Walton, New York on November 27, 1964 to Glenn Tompkins and the late Lucinda Tompkins. Tonda was a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College's nursing program and she worked as a registered nurse for several Hospice organizations in the Carlisle area. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlisle and also attended Brethren in Christ Church, Carlisle, PA. She liked to attend the Harrisburg Farm Shows and 4-H Shows for livestock. Tonda also liked to attend Camp Dragonfly Bereavement Camp for children who have lost their parents. She was a Honda enthusiast and owned several. She was also an avid Denver Bronco's fan. In addition to her father Glenn Tompkins of Walton, NY, Tonda is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Timothy Fuller, Carlisle, a daughter Tori Jo Fuller, Carlisle, three brothers, Kyle Tompkins, Hanover, PA, James Lame, Ogdensburg, NJ, Chas Tompkins, State College, PA, and a sister Terrina Latourette, Oneonta, NY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mickey Onder and her grandmother Letha O'Dell, with whom she lived in Walton, NY. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Route 641, Newville, PA 17241. A viewing will be held at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road, on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Homeland Hospice, 2300 Vartan Way, #205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
