Thomas M."Tommy" Kendle

Thomas M. “Tommy” Kendle, age 68, of Carlisle, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at his home.
He was born December 20, 1948 in Carlisle, PA to the late Jack and Madeline (Mellott) Kendle.
Tommy was a 1967 graduate of Carlisle High School and worked at the Naval Supply Depot until his retirement. Thomas enjoyed building model cars and working outside.
He is survived by: two nieces, Deborah Deyo of Carlisle and Denise (and husband Bryan) Bradley of Newville; one nephew, James Gregory Leahy of Newville; eight great-nieces and nephews: Cherish Neil, Courtney Hodge, Rachel Wagner, Karina Bradley, Megan Felton, Austin Bradley, Randy Rhoads and Rayson Rhoads; and many great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by: his sister, Carolyn Hosfelt; his niece, Karen Rhoads; and his stepfather, Gordon Davis.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
