Thomas E. Bryson

Thomas E. Bryson, 59, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Geisinger Holy Spirit Hospital.
He was born December 4, 1959 in Mechanicsburg to Jeannine (Glass) Bryson Miller of Duncannon and the late Donald M. Bryson.
Thomas was always interested in astronomy, SCI-FI, and enjoyed taking camping trips. He volunteered to make deliveries for New Hope Ministries. Thomas honorably served his country in the US Army. He loved his cats Delenn and Fender, as well as, the feral cats in his community.
In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by seven siblings, Donald (wife Becky) Bryson of Mechanicsburg, Lois Bryson Barthel of Mechanicsburg, Sheryl Bryson Oakes of Duncannon, Burt Bryson of Duncannon, Jeff (wife Selena) Bryson of Florida, Michelle (husband Charlie) Bryson Miller of Carlisle, Mark (wife Michelle) Bryson of Florida; and his fiancé, Mary Whitmore.
A memorial service celebrating Tom’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at West Fairview United Methodist Church, 1201 2nd Street Enola, PA 17025 with Rev. William Feeser officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 to help defray funeral expenses.
