Terry Lee Slavitskas

Terry Lee Slavitskas, 49, of Carlisle, died Sunday, August 19, 2012 at her home.
Born March 17, 1963, she was a daughter of Louis Winters and the late Janice Stiles Winters and the widow of Thomas J. Slavitskas.
She worked at the Appalachian Orthopedic Center for 29 years. She loved to go to the beach and she loved her cats.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Ryan Slavitskas of Carlisle and her brother, Scott Winters of Carlisle.
Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m., Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.
