Terry L. Anderson

Terry L. Anderson, 69, of Newville, passed away with her loving family by her side on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at her home.

She was born on September 9, 1954, in Carlisle to the late Harold and Joyce (Nagle) Walker. Terry was the widow of Dennis L. Anderson who passed in September of 2020 after they enjoyed 47 years of marriage.

Terry was a graduate of Carlisle Area High School. She was a longtime employee of Genie Trucking where she worked as a dispatcher. Terry always looked forward to camping adventures and travel with family and friends. She was an animal lover, she was especially fond of her dogs and cats, and her granddogs. Terry had a green thumb and enjoyed spending time outside working in her flower beds.

Terry is survived by her two loving daughters, Nicole Harris of Newville and Danielle (husband Tim) Hutchinson of Shippensburg; five grandchildren, Hannah Brenizer of Rhode Island, Jade Hutchinson of Shippensburg, Kendall (husband Jesse) Floyd of Lemoyne, Zachary Hutchinson of Shippensburg, and Juliette Harris of Newville; Mike (wife Jen) Ursitz who was like a son; and their three children, Christopher, Alex, and Justin all of Shippensburg.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
