Suzan J. (Morrison) Roadcap

Suzan J. Roadcap, 77, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Thornwald Home, Carlisle. She was born April 6, 1941 in Derry Township, Mifflin County, the daughter of the late Glen Leroy Morrison and Elizabeth Eileen Fry Morrison.
She was married to Larry Roadcap Sr. (deceased) and had previously been married to Lester Funk. She worked at the Carlisle Sentinel in the Ad Department. Suzan was a member of Good Shephard United Methodist Church in Carlisle. She enjoyed swimming, boating, playing cards and tennis as well as doing crafts. She was very family oriented and loved the time she spent with her family.
Suzan is survived by three sons: David (Dena) Funk, and their daughter, Maisy, Barto, PA, Brian (Kristine) Funk and Eric Funk and his longtime girlfriend, Karla Dechene and children, Olivia and Owen, all of Newville; step-children, Larry (Debra), Roadcap Jr. and children, Larry III, Brandon and Bradley; Kathy (Jeffrey) Benton and children, Colleena, Caitlyn and
Christa; Tracy (Charles) Gates and children Cody and Evan, all of Carlisle, and Danny (Stephanie) Roadcap and daughter, Alyssa, of Boiling Springs. She is further survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, August 18 at 2:30 pm, at the Masonic Center, 1236 Holly Pike, Carlisle, PA 17013.
Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
