Susan Mills

Susan Karen Mills, 74, of Newville, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Janet (Boyne) Mills.

Susan was a graduate of Carlisle High School and enjoyed being outside working in her garden and sitting on her porch.

Her working career included Carlisle Hospital Dietary Department, the former Fireside Restaurant, Compass Food in Harrisburg, Schneider Trucking and St. Patrick Catholic Church. She enjoyed all of her jobs because they all involved people.

Survivors include her grandsons: Garrett Barrick and Thomas Uglow and her niece: Jennifer Mills and her nephew: Steve Mills.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her daughter: Holly Morse and her brother: Thomas Mills.

Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
