Steven J. Knarr

Steven J. Knarr, age 53, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his residence with his loving family by his side.
Steven was born in Liverpool, PA on January 15, 1963 to Jacque E. and Patricia A. Derk Knarr of Liverpool, PA.
Steve was a former truck driver for Covenco Distributers and had been a custodian for Kellmeyer Building Services. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Liverpool. He enjoyed building models and working on his train platforms. His family meant the most to him.
In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Cindy I. Chestnut Knarr of Carlisle; a son, Joel B.F. Clepper of Carlisle; a brother, Michael J. Knarr of Hummelstown; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services were held at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Chaplain Anne Myers of Homeland Hospice officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
