Stephen M. Pompeo

Stephen M. Pompeo, 54 of Mechanicsburg, died Saturday January 26, 2013 in his home.

Born March 2, 1958 in Carlisle, the son of Doris Pompeo, Seaford, DE and the late Ronald Pompeo.

Steven retired from Dickinson College where he was a banquet manager. He volunteered at PAWS and had friends there who were like family to him. Stephen loved to travel.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Debra Pompeo, Greensboro, NC, two brothers, Charles Henry and his wife Virginia, Lancaster and Ronald Pompeo Jr., Boiling Springs and a long-time friend, Terry Murphy, Palm Springs, Ca. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Troy Reid.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday January 29, 2012 in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Burial will be in Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. There will be a viewing from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Monday in the funeral and from 12:00 pm Tuesday until the time of the services in the funeral home.
