Stephanie L. Brophy

Stephanie L. Brophy of Mechanicsburg, PA died suddenly on Friday, June 24, 2016 as the result of an auto accident.
She was born in Norristown, PA on August 3, 1953 to the late Florence A. (Potter) and William B. Brophy.
She was a 1971 graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School in Norristown and subsequently worked at Air Products and for Unisys for many years before retiring to central Pennsylvania, where she made many wonderful friends. Stephanie's greatest love was for her family and her cat, Dolly. Stephanie was truly beloved by all of her family and friends.
Stephanie was the youngest of five daughters and is survived by her sisters, Michele B. (Ralph) Bucher of Schwenksville, PA, Florence C. (Michael Jr.) Marzella, and Jane P. (Linda Spielman) of Dryden, NY. Stephanie was loved very much by her five nieces and nephews, Meredith A. Marzella and Robin J. Marzella both of Boiling Springs, PA, Heather Bucher Cordrey of New Hanover Square, PA, Bart K. Bucher of Linfield, PA and M. Brady Marzella of Lykens, PA. She also leaves behind fourteen other nieces and nephews. Stephanie was preceded in death by her sister, M. Bernadette Potter of Collegeville, PA.
In celebration of Stephanie's life, graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Norristown, PA.
