Sondra L. Keller Bowers

Sondra L. Keller Bowers, 74, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Carlisle on October 12, 1940 to the late William D. and Edna I. Berry Keller.
Sondra worked at C. H. Masland for 19 years and at Flying J Truck Stop as the manager of the fuel desk. She was a member of the Plainfield First Church of God where she was also served as a greeter and a member of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary where she was also the Chaplain.
Sondra is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert K. Bowers of Carlisle; children, Tamala Jo Koch and husband Tim Clouser of Carlisle and Sandra Dee Christian of Carlisle; two sisters, Janet Mae Blosser of Carlisle and Charlene Elsie Mellott of Newville; brother, William Keller of Carlisle; son-in-law, Richard Hines of Carlisle; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Roxanne Hines and a granddaughter, Heather Conrad.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2015 at the Plainfield First Church of God, 2089 Newville Road, Plainfield, PA with Rev. Kevin E. Dunlap officiating.
