Sheri L. Swigert-Heckman

Sheri L. Swigert-Heckman, age 68, of Carlisle, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at her residence with her loving husband and family by her side.
She was born November 19, 1948 in Carlisle to the late Everet L. and Sara A. (Witmer) Swigert.
Sheri was a graduate of Carlisle High School, Class of 1966 and attended the Humboldt School where she received her Travel Agent certification. She worked as a travel agent for AAA Travel Services and was the former owner of L&S Travel Shoppe.
She is survived by: her husband of 32 years, Jeffrey A. Heckman of Carlisle; her sister, Salle (and husband Douglas) Boomershine of Knoxville, TN; an aunt and several nephews, a niece and cousins.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, Pa with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be a visitation at the funeral on Friday from 12:30 until the time of services.
