Robert J. Mulderig, 70, of Lakewood, New Jersey, passed away Wednesday, August 21st.
Bob was born in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Plainedge High School in North Massapequa, Long Island, in 1960.
Bob also received his B.A. degree in 1964 from St. John's University and his L.L.B. degree from Yale Law School in 1967.
Bob entered the Army in September, 1967 and was stationed at Ft. Polk, Louisiana. Other assignments included Charlottesville, VA JAG School; Ansbach, Germany; Ft. Hood, TX; Ft. Dix, NJ; and the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, PA.
Bob's survivors include his wife of forty-one years, Judy (Rames) Mulderig; his daughter, Diana Mulderig (her husband, James Golden and their four children, Jimmy, Kelly, Michael and Matthew of Brick, NJ) and other daughter, Chloe Mulderig of Boston, MA. Other survivors include his brother, Thomas (and wife, Lee) of Fitchburg, MA; sister, Jeanne Zorabedian (and husband, Armen) of Toms River, NJ and brother, John (and wife, Marsha) of Vienna, GA.
Bob was active in Church activities, including the Knights of Columbus. He was an avid reader, loved to travel, enjoyed movies and was a trivia expert.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle, PA with Rev. William C. Forrey as celebrant. Viewings will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m., and from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home and Crematory, 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.
