Robert Rice Davis

Robert Rice Davis, age 77, formerly of Hershey, died on August 2, 2015 at Manor Care Health Services, Carlisle, PA.
He was born in Lower Frankford Township on May 19, 1938 to the late Richard Durbin Davis and Margaret Pauline Rice Davis. He graduated from Carlisle High School in 1955. Robert retired from Hershey Foods as a Line Foreman. Robert also worked at the Hershey Hotel as a bellman and also 10 years as Co-Operator for the Manada Hill Auction House.
Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid dog lover.
Robert is survived by his sister Janice M. Porter (husband Jack) of Shippensburg, PA, a niece, Susan L. Shroyer (husband Randy) of Newville, PA and a great nephew, Eric W. Jones of Shippensburg, PA.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
