Riley Mae Shields

Riley Mae Shields peacefully departed the world much too early on Saturday, February 1, 2020 only two months after her birth.
She was born November 29, 2019 in Carlisle to Kaleb and Alison (Morrow) Shields of Carlisle.
Riley was a very affectionate child who always wanted to be near her mother. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile that earned her the nickname Smiley Riley.
In addition to her mother and father, Riley is survived by her two sisters, Layla and Alivia; her maternal grandparents, Brian and Donna Morrow of Carlisle; her aunts and uncles, Christopher Clark (companion Megan) of Landisburg, Amanda (husband Doug) Krick of New Cumberland, Hilary Morrow (companion Sullivan) of Carlisle, and Tristan Morrow of Carlisle; and 10 cousins. Riley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Loretta and Ronald Morrow and her cousin Joshua Wenger.
A service of remembrance will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Dick Warner officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Riley’s family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
