Rex A. Ciuffo

Rex A. Ciuffo, 57, of Carlisle, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
He was born September 14, 1962 in Carlisle to the late Harvey C. and Frances (Blosser) Miller.
Rex was formerly employed by Robert Wickard Siding and currently worked for DePaul Management. He loved remodeling his home, hosting chicken bar-b-que’s, and spending time with his grandchildren. Rex was a fan of the Nebraska Corn Huskers and enjoyed local dirt track racing. He formerly served as a Carlisle Fire Police.
Rex is survived by two children, Jennifer (husband Johnathon) Wesley and Spencer Ciuffo (fiancé Gemma Stoy) both of Carlisle; his ex-wife, Wendy Ciuffo of Carlisle; four siblings, Petrina Ciuffo of Carlisle, Cindy (husband Dwight) Franks of Carlisle, Roger Ciuffo of Waynesboro, and Tim Miller of Carlisle; three step-brothers, Harvey Miller of Newville, Larry (wife Patricia) Miller of Newville, and Joe Ciuffo of Carlisle; and four grandchildren, Karter Powell, Killian Wesley, Oaklee Stoy, and Greyson Ciuffo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Richwine.
Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
