Reba M. (Raudabaugh) (Darr) Cornman

Reba M. (Raudabaugh) (Darr) Cornman, age 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, September 14, 2017.
She was born July 31, 1932 in Carlisle to the late John and Ruth (Brehm) Raudabaugh.
Reba was a member of Christian Life Community Church (formerly Palmstown Church) where, for many years, she was actively involved in areas of leadership in the WILLOW women’s ministry, hospitality ministry, kitchen ministry and numerous other activities in which she served faithfully for over 30 years. She was a former Cub Scout Den Mother, participated in several bowling leagues, was an accomplished quilter and loved to cook and bake. She will be most fondly remembered and missed for her sharp wit and warm hugs which made you feel engulfed with love. Reba was devoted to her family and her prayers for each of them will live on for generations to come.
She is survived by: her husband of 29 years, Creedin F. Cornman; her son, Al “Butch” (wife Polly) Darr; daughters, Irene (husband Tom) Morrow and Yvonne (husband Mark) Swarner; step-daughter, Charlene (husband Mike) Ryan; step-son, Charles Cornman; two brothers; one sister; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Reba was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert E. Darr, to whom she was married 32 years, three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Rev. Karren Hamm and Rev. Steve Gibb co-officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Boiling Springs. There will be a viewing on Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
