Raymond C. Divens

Raymond C. Divens, age 83, of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Claremont Nursing & Rehab Center in Carlisle.
He was born on February 25, 1932 in Fulton County to the late Carl J. and Mazie Ritchie Divens.
Raymond retired from the former Capital Products of Carlisle. He enjoyed going to the horse races at Penn National and playing the lottery.
He is survived by his sisters, Devonia McKinney of Mechanicsburg and Etta Mae (and husband Alvin) Killinger of Carlisle; a brother, Du-wayne (and wife Ruth) Divens of Richlands, NC; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Smith and Maudleen Miller Johnson; and one brother, Berlyn Divens.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road with Rev. Glenn Yohn officiating. Burial will be at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. There will be a viewing from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home on Tuesday.
