Phillip T. Shoff, 61, of Carlisle, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
Born April 8, 1950, in Carlisle, he was a son of the late Harry and Ruth Johnson Shoff.
He was a truck driver for Keystone Freight with 15 years of service. Phillip was a life member with Penn Township Volunteer Fire Company and Mt. Holly Springs Fire Company where he was an EMT. He was a baseball coach in Mt. Holly Springs. He loved camping, hunting, antiquing and muscle cars.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Joanne Shoff of Carlisle; two sons, Travis Eugene Shoff and Darrin Edward Shoff, both of Carlisle; one grandson, Dayton Logan Shoff of Carlisle; three sisters, Marianne John of Oklahoma, Linda Dewalt of Shippensburg and Nancy Shoff of Carlisle; four brothers, Harry Shoff of Florida, David Shoff of Mechanicsburg, Mike Shoff of Florida and Dennis Shoff of Texas; and twenty nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Shoff and one nephew, Jeffrey Davis.
Memorial services will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday Oct. 25, 2011, in the Mt. Holly Springs Church of God, 602 Mcland Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, with the Rev. Richard Reese officiating.
Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
