Paul W. Walters, Jr.

Paul W. Walters, Jr., age 70, of Carlisle, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at his residence.
He was born April 18, 1946 in Carlisle to the late Paul W. Sr. and Winifred (Meals) Walters.
An avid outdoorsman who enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting, he was a member of New Hope Church of God, Carlisle.
Paul is survived by three children, Robin (and husband Michael) Scherer, Heather (and husband Michael) Eickhoff and Paul W. (and wife Taryn) Walters III, all of Boiling Springs; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Donald (and wife Shirley) Walters of Carlisle, Joseph (and wife Joyce) Walters of Newville and Fred (and wife Sabrina) Walters of York; one sister, Hope Maxine (and husband Gary) Johnston of Walnut Bottom; many nieces and nephews; and his best friend, his dog, Bandit. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Jacob Zygmunt.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at New Hope Church of God, 1250 Waggoner's Gap Road, Carlisle, PA with Pastor Dick Warner officiating. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There will not be a visitation.
