Paul R. Lingle

Paul R. Lingle, of Mechanicsburg passed away Sunday, September 24 at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Carlisle at the age of 84. Born in Annville, PA he was the son of the late Frank and Evelyn Krotser Lingle. He was the husband of the late Norma Law Lingle.

Paul was a sports enthusiast and especially followed the Philadelphia Eagles and other Philadelphia-based sports teams. He also enjoyed spending time with his cats Mack and Phoebe.

Paul worked many years as a finish carpenter in home construction.

Surviving him are daughters Sandra Lingle, of Hershey; and Deborah Haas, of Highspire. He is also survived by a Stepdaughter, Nicole (husband Barry) Ryan, of Mechanicsburg; one stepson, Jeffrey (wife Denise) Minahan, of New Cumberland; two stepdaughters, Natalie Miceli (husband Vince), of Mechanicsburg; and Norma Allen (husband Ed) of Carlisle; and a brother, Karl Lingle. A brother David Lingle, and a stepson Jeremiah Minahan (Alyce) predeceased him.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle.
