Naomi Kay Krom

Naomi K Krom 76 of Carlisle, PA., passed away on April 20, 2025, in her home with loving family around. 

She was preceded in death by her late husband SFC Steven L. Krom, ex-husband Alonzo Lee McKillip, sons Lonnie Lee McKillip and Larry Dean McKillip. 

Naomi was the daughter of Rev. Roy E. and Margaret (Heberlig) Stimeling. She is survived by a daughter: Laurie K. Mellott (husband David), stepdaughter Liz Krom of Carlisle grandchildren: Logan L. Mellott (wife Sara), Nevaeh G. Mellott, Lonnie L. McKillip Jr. (wife Anne Marie), LaKiesha Mellott (fiancée, Trae) and Jonas and Nolan Shank of Carlisle, four great-grandchildren, two siblings: Paul B. Stimeling and Retta J. Williams both of Florida and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday April 23, 2025, at Hoffman Funeral and Cremation. A viewing will be held from 10:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Pastor Gary Zigner will be officiating. Burial will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Newville.
