On March 24, 2025, Nancy was called home to be with her Lord and Savior. Born on June 24, 1946, in Orange, NJ, she lived 78 years as a devoted wife, loving mother, adoring grandmother, and faithful servant of God.
A passionate teacher of 32 years, Nancy dedicated her life to shaping young minds with patience and kindness. She found joy in the beauty of God's creation, whether tending to her garden, spending time outdoors, or welcoming family and friends with open arms, especially by the pool, where laughter and love filled the air.
She was a woman of unwavering faith, and her life was a testament to God's love. She is now reunited in eternal peace with her Heavenly Father, but her spirit and legacy remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Gordon; her beloved daughters, Kristin (Chris) and Amy (Robert); and her treasured grandchildren, Seth, Logan, Ethan, Jensen, Tristan, and Haley. She leaves behind her brother, Wally, and sister, Arline, along with many dear friends and family members who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wally and Velada Lear, and sisters, Patricia, Joan, and Diane.
"Well done, good and faithful servant...Enter into the joy of your Lord." Matthew 25:23
May her soul rest in the peace of Christ, and may her love continue to shine through those she leaves behind.
