Nancy M. Orris

Nancy M. Orris, age 68, of Carlisle, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at the UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle Medical Center with her loving family by her side.
She was born May 20, 1949 in Carlisle to A. Elizabeth (Weary) Myers of Carlisle and the late Emmitt Myers.
Nancy was formerly employed by Panera Bread, Carlisle. She enjoyed crafts, knitting, sewing, mystery stories and time spent with her loving family. Nancy attended the Carlisle Church of God.
She is survived by: her husband of 41 years, Fred B. Orris, III of Carlisle; a daughter, Susan M. Bathavic of Carlisle; a brother, Norman (wife RuthAnn) Myers of Newville; a nephew; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Carlisle Church of God, 458 N. College Street, Carlisle with Pastor Dean H. Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow at Waggoners United Methodist Church Cemetery, Carlisle. There will be a viewing from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
