Nancy J. Myers

Nancy J. Myers, 81, of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence.
She was born August 15, 1937 in Carlisle to the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Stone) Webb.
Nancy retired from Rite Aid as a store manager after 30 years of employment. She was an avid flower gardener and enjoyed her Yankee candles. Family meant the most to Nancy, especially her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her companion of 14 years Paul Schlusser. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Haley for the constant care she gave her grandmother.
In addition to her companion, she is survived by three sons, Terry L. Myers of Carlisle, Barry J. Myers of Newville, and Timothy C. Myers of Carlisle; one daughter, Pamela J. Myers of Carlisle; two brothers, Jim Webb of Boiling Springs, and Mike Webb of Middletown; one sister, JoAnn Keck of Boiling Springs; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband John C. Myers Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
