Miles W. Minnich

Miles W. Minnich, 81, of Carlisle died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at his residence.
He was born March 13, 1934 in Boiling Springs to the late Miles W. and Viola May Miller Minnich and was the widower of Barbara Ann Enck Minnich.
Miles was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School, Class of 1952 and served in the Army during peacetime. He was a retired house painter and was a Lifetime Member of AMVETS Post 274, Carlisle.
He is survived by a son, Jerry M. (and wife Brenda) Minnich of Carlisle; two grandchildren, Erin M. Minnich and Corbin M. Minnich, both of Carlisle; four great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and a sister, Doris Cockley of Mechanicsburg. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Minnich.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover St., Carlisle with Rev. Arlene B. Dunn, Chaplain at Celtic Healthcare, officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
