Michalene Schatte

Michalene Schatte, 84 of Carlisle, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born March 27, 1930 in Hollsopple, PA, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Paulina Anna Scolora Gallo.
She was a graduate of Conemaugh Township High School, Class of 1949.
Surviving are two sons, Mark Schatte (and wife, Carol) of Carlisle and William Paul Schatte of Dallas, TX; two daughters, Pam Rich (and husband, Walter) of Waterloo, IL and Macia Tyler (and husband, Gary) of Dupo, IL; and one brother, Joe Gallo of Hollsopple; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Mike, Paul, and Sam and one sister, Sadie.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Pastor Ryan Brown officiating. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
