Marshall A. Baker

Marshall A. Baker, 79, passed away on September 10, 2024, peacefully at home in Carlisle, PA surrounded by his family.  

He was born on Sunday October 29,1944 in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia to Benjamin K. and Delphia M. (Martin) Baker. 

Marshall honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked for Keen Transport and enjoyed spending time with his family and animals.  

Marshall is survived by his wife his Barbara L. (Kell) Baker of Carlisle, two daughters: Sherry Baker and Jennifer Wenger, three grandchildren: Isabella, Jacob and Ivory, one great grandchild Braesyn and a sister Mary Stoltenburg.  Marshall was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Joyce Baker Minnich.  

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday September 15, 2024, at Hoffman Funeral and Cremation 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013. The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 pm until the time of the service. Chaplain Todd Carver will be officiating.
