Marjorie F. Zaengle

Marjorie F. “Mag” Zaengle, 86, of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at her home.
She was born October 13, 1933 in Nesquehoning to the late William and Anna (Guido) Fauzio.
Mag was a longtime member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She was a skilled seamstress and cook. Marjorie was a member of the Molly Pitcher Stitchers and bowled weekly in a league at ABC West Lanes. She worked at Dickinson College as a secretary to the Dean of Admissions until she retired so she would have time to take care of her children and her grandchildren.
Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, John “Jack” Zaengle of Carlisle; three children, John S. (wife Natalie) Zaengle of Boiling Springs, Theresa Kumler of New Cumberland, and Samantha Zaengle of Carlisle; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mag was preceded in death by one brother, Pasquale “Patsy” Fauzio and one sister, Nancy Fauzio.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Rev. Gregory J. D’Emma officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
