Margaret J. Bruce

Margaret J. (Peggy) Bruce, 77, of Carlisle, died on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born September 21, 1936 in Carlisle. Peggy was the daughter of the late Lauretta N. (Hartzell) Day.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harry D. Bruce and one daughter, Carol A. Adams (and husband David) both of Carlisle. She is also survived by three grandchildren: Christopher Dyson (and wife Cindy) of Carlisle, Jennifer Adams of Parkesburg and Zachary Adams of West Virginia and one great-granddaughter, Abigail Dyson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 27, 2014 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 219 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 with the Reverend Tim Funk officiating. There will be a viewing from 10 am until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, 1159 Newville Road, Carlisle, PA.
