Louis M. Colonna

Louis M. Colonna, age 72, of Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday November 5, 2019, after a valiant fight against lung cancer. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Darlene (Henry) Colonna.
Lou is also survived by his daughter, Michelle Leeds (Charles), Boiling Springs, granddaughter, Cassandra Epstein, at home, Step-granddaughters, Brenna Leeds, Carlisle and Summer Leeds, at home, sister, Donna Repko (Steve), Latrobe, PA, brother, David Colonna (Veronica), New Mexico and brother, Matthew Colonna (Nancy), Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dante Colonna, mother, Mary Lou (Fiss) Colonna and sister, Marilou Sekora and husband, John.
Lou is an Army Veteran, a member of the VFW and Elks and is retired from the Naval Supply Systems Command in Mechanicsburg, where he ran a computer systems network.
Graveside services will be held at 11am Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Blain Cemetery. Please meet at cemetery. Friends will be received Saturday November 16, 2019. Visitation at St. Matthew’s UCC will begin at 10am, followed by a memorial service honoring Lou’s life. Rev. Timothy Dugan, officiating.
Lou was always there to lend a helping hand, and he will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Matthews UCC, 3248 Spring Road Carlisle, PA
