Loretta A. Morrow

Loretta A. Morrow, 78, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 15, 2018 in her home, while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born May 22, 1940 in Carlisle to the late Ember and Helen (Corman) Rupp.
Sis was an avid sports fan who was loyal to her teams, the Boston Celtics, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Indianapolis Colts and the Atlanta Braves. Loretta always stressed the importance of physical fitness to her children. She played softball on a championship team and later coached the McLaughlin Painters slow pitch team. In her free time Mema enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening and spending time with her family. Sis was a self-employed beautician in Carlisle for most of her working life.
Loretta is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ronald L. Morrow of Carlisle; five children, Randy (wife Tina) Morrow, Rhonda (husband David) Alspaugh, Brian (wife Donna), Eric (companion Jessica Minich Dalinsky) Morrow and Pam Morrow all of Carlisle; four brothers, Robert Rupp, Laverne Rupp, Dennis (companion Cathy Markley) Rupp and Terry (companion Tammy Hulstine) Rupp all of Carlisle; one sister, Carol (husband Robert) McLaughlin of Carlisle; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; her two loving dogs and her two beloved cats. In addition to her parents, Sis was preceded in death by seven siblings, Lloyd, Leland, Lester, Ronald, Faye, Gayle and Donna; and her beloved grandson, Joshua Wenger who passed in 2005.
Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Westminster Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA.
