Lois J. Land

Lois Jean Land, age 79 of Carlisle, PA and formerly of Florida, died on Sunday, January 3, 2021 in Chapel Pointe at Carlisle.
She was born on December 17, 1941 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Norman L. and Doris E. Charnock Oliver and was the widow of the late Cecil H. Land.
Lois was a retired registered nurse working in many hospital operating rooms and she also was a certified dental hygienist.
She is survived her two loving brothers, John E. Oliver, Carlisle, PA, and James N. Oliver of DuPont, WA and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Norman R. Hull.
Cremation services will be private and held at the convenience of her family. There will not be a viewing or visitation. She will be interred with her late husband Cecil at the South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Rd. Carlisle, PA 17013.
