Krystal May Wartluft

Krystal May Wartluft, age 33 of Carlisle, PA died on Thursday, August 5, 2021 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center after an eight month battle of gastric cancer.
She was born in York, PA on April 22, 1988 to Kim Paul Wartluft and Sandra Gail Shindledecker Gebhart.
You may remember Krystal as a carpenter with the Bitner Brothers Construction Company of Carlisle, as well as a tattoo artist who left her creative mark on many. She enjoyed kayaking, hiking, camping, fishing and all of the outdoors activities.
She is survived by her loving wife of two years but together for many, Krystyn N. Myers Wartluft, Carlisle, her parents, Kim Paul Wartluft, Carlisle, Sandra Gail Shindledecker Gebhart, Hanover, twin sister Kimberly Ann Wartluft, North Carolina, brother, Adam G. Shindledecker (wife Jennifer), Abbottstown, mother and father-in-laws, Sally Mumper and John George, Carlisle, paternal grandparents, Richard H. and Beverly E. Wartluft, Eldred, PA, brother-law, Andrew Myers and sister-law, Catherine Myers both of Carlisle, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and her fur babies, Bella May and Loco. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Sylvia Irene Shindledecker and brother-in-law, Jacob Myers.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
