Kristina Stambaugh

Kristina Stambaugh, aged 56, of Newville, passed away unexpectedly on November 24th, 2024. Kristina was born on April 27th, 1968 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Kristina was a 1986 graduate of Carlisle High School. In her adult life she went on to drive school bus. Kristina had an affinity for creativity. She enjoyed crafting, especially crocheting and knitting. She was an animal lover, often spending time riding and caring for her horse named Blue. She enjoyed gardening and canning the produce from her garden. Kristina had a liking for dolphins and collected dolphin figurines. But most of all, Kristina enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

Kristina is survived by her parents, Bruce and Margaret (Newkum) Truxal, her loving husband of 26 years, Richard Stambaugh, her daughters, Linneah and Amber Baughman, her sons, Jarret McClurg and Dakota Stambaugh (Niki Shaulis), her sister, Katrina Truxal, her brother, Jonathan Truxal (Rachel), her grandchildren, Kylee and Calvin Beam, Dean Baughman, Khaleesi Funston, Aries Blizzard, Gracelynn and Ryker Welsh, and her many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, December 5th, 2024 from 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. at Hoffman Funeral & Cremation, 2020 W Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
