Kevin Elias Wilson

Kevin E. Wilson, Sr. passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at UPMC West Shore Hospital at the age of 68 with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Wanda K. Wilson.

Kevin was a cross-country truck driver for 45 years, working for several trucking companies in the Cumberland Valley area. Previously, he worked in forestry for several years. He was also a lifelong mechanic performing vehicle maintenance for friends and family. Kevin very much enjoyed hunting, fishing, and various other outdoor activities. He was a member of Salem Stone United Church of Christ, Carlisle.

In addition to his wife Wanda, Kevin is survived by a daughter, Tiffanie (husband Glenn) Sheaffer of Millerstown; step-daughter Chianne (husband Donald) Fitting of Dillsburg; Sons Kyle Wilson, of Shermansdale and Dustin Wilson of Loysville; step-son Shawn Bowermaster (fiancé Summer LaFrance) of Carlisle; and a sister Karla Henry of Enola. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers Marty Greenland and Ben Wilson, along with his son Kevin Wilson, Jr.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Salem Stone United Church of Christ, 415 Stone Church Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 with the Rev. Barbara Albert officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
