Kevin L. Sheriff

Kevin L. Sheriff, 45, of Summerdale, died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at his home.
Born February 1, 1967 in Carlisle, he was a son of John H. and Doris F. King Sheriff.
He was a graduate of Big Spring High School, Class of 1985 and a graduate of Central Penn Business College Class of 1987. He was employed as lead application developer for Highmark, Camp Hill with 20 years of service. He was active in Boy Scouts from Cub Scouts to Eagle and Scout Leader. Kevin traveled extensively with Gerald and Julie Kelley and attended Lady of Lourdes Church, Enola where he served as Eucharistic Minister. He loved antiques and collecting antiques. He was very much loved by many people and co-workers. He was kind, pleasant, very artistic and loved drawing and designing. He remodeled his home, doing all the interior design himself and all the landscaping.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his husband, Michael Horan of Summerdale; one brother Keith L. Sheriff; several nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles. Also his cat, Samme, whom he dearly loved.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2012 at Lady of Lourdes, 225 Salt Road, Enola with Father Michael Grab as celebrant. Burial will be in Opossum Hill Cemetery, Newville.
