Kenneth M. Kirkpatrick

Kenneth M. Kirkpatrick, 78, of Shermans Dale, died Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.
Born June 22, 1936 in Carlisle, to the late Walter J. and Elsie Moore Kirkpatrick.
Kenneth retired with 43 years of employment from the Frog, Switch & Manufacturing, Carlisle. Member of the Shermans Dale Fire and Ambulance Company. He enjoyed gospel music and going to the Shermans Dale Community Building for their events, especially the gospel hymn singing. Also going to the Worship Center on the Carlisle Pike.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Deloris A. Miller Kirkpatrick, a son, Timothy M. and wife Stephanie Kirkpatrick, Shermans Dale, three brothers, Raymond, Glenn and Donald Kirkpatrick, five sisters, Evelyn Cleland, Thelma King, Grace Zeigler, Shirley Mitchell and Gladys Evans. Two grandchildren Tyler and Shelby Barnhart.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday September 25, 2014 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, with Rev. Wayne R. Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Garden, Carlisle. There will be a viewing from 10:00 am until the time the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
