Kenneth Larry Brown

Kenneth Larry Brown, age 81 of Carlisle, passed away June 4, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. Born August 16, 1938 in Westminster, MD, he was a son of the late Thomas Kenneth and Ruth J. (Hollenberry) Brown.
Kenneth worked for Black and Decker and the Town of Hampstead. He liked collecting penny’s, was a member of the Westminster Moose, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time on the farm and driving the John Deere, with his best friends, Lee and Jackie Morefoot.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Catherine L. (Gesell) Brown; his daughters, Carol (Scott) Goodyear and Cheryl Lynn Brown; grandchildren, Amanda (Aaron) McAdoo; Kevin Peters and James (Kelsey) Brown; great-grandchildren, Cameron Swartz; Ashlynn and Alexa McAdoo; Leah (Jesse) Ochoa; Hope, Peyton and Ty Peters; Kyle Goodyear and Hayden Brown; great-great-granddaughter, Keir Ochoa and brother, Roy (Beth) Brown and sisters, Charlotte (Bob) Haines and Mary Reilly.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth is preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly and his son, James L. Brown.
At Kenneth’s request, there will be no viewing or services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd Carlisle.
