Kenneth L. Spraglin

Kenneth L. Spraglin, 80, of Carlisle passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle.

Born on September 8, 1938 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John and Isabelle (Byers) Spraglin.

Kenneth proudly served in the U.S. Airforce. He retired from New Cumberland Army Depot. Kenneth was a member of the Haines Stackfield American Legion Post 826. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Suzanne (Moore) Spraglin; daughter, Tamra Spraglin (Keith Pearson) of Carlisle; sons, Steven Spraglin and Scott Spraglin, both of Carlisle; sisters, Marion Elby and Lois Spraglin; grandchildren, Tara, Patrick, Bryce, Jasmine, Stevie and Maxwell; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, John Spraglin and Richard Spraglin.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service.
