Kenneth L. Gottshall, 68, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Forest Park Rehabilitation Center. Born on April 8, 1956, in Harrisburg, PA, Ken was the son of the late Thomas and Dorothy Gottshall.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 34 years, Denise Gottshall; his sister, Nancy Decker; and his brothers, Tommy, Rick, William, and Terry Gottshall. He is survived by his sister, Carol Simpson of Chambersburg, sisters-in-law Kim Gottshall and Patti Neumyer Gottshall along with many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A Cumberland Valley High School alumnus, Ken married the love of his life, Denise, in 1990, and they shared a beautiful marriage until her passing last year. Ken had a huge heart and a deep passion for helping others, he would have given the shirt off his back for those he cared about. He was the devoted caregiver to his wife during her battle with multiple sclerosis and rescued and cared for many cats, whom he adored. Ken found freedom and peace on the open road and was a proud member of the Turnpike Ramblers Motorcycle Club in Carlisle. He also had a love for poker and enjoyed hosting game nights with family and friends. Whether it was through his kindness, generosity, or sense of adventure, Ken touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed.

A burial service will be held on April 5, 2025, at 11:30 at the Mechanicsburg Cemetery, 137 West Marble Street, Mechanicsburg PA 17055 followed by a celebration of life to honor his memory at the Turnpike Ramblers Club.
