John Zwald

John "Bob" Zwald, 73, of Shermans Dale, died Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Gardners.
Born December 31, 1939 in Bradford, he was a son of the late Eugene William and Alma Dush Zwald.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-three years, Margaret Zwald of Shermans Dale; four sons, Paul E. Zwald of Williamsport, Raymond A. Zwald (and wife, Terry) of Jersey Shore, Parnell R. Zwald of Shermans Dale, and Stephen W. Zwald (and wife, Amy) of Jersey Shore; one sister, Mary E. Koch of Ridgway; one brother, William C. Zwald (and wife, Yoshie) of Port Hueneme, CA; two half-brothers, Martin E. Koch (and wife, Rose) of Ridgway and Bernard L. Koch of Ridgway; five grandchildren, Caitlyn, Haley, Heather, Jacob, and Reece; and one great-granddaughter, Cailee Shaeffer.
Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Drive, Carlisle with Rev. William C. Forrey as celebrant. Burial will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 3, 2013 in Jersey Shore Cemetery, 1103 Locust Street, Jersey Shore.
